Republican seminar "Target indicators of the State Program of Innovative Development of the Republic of Belarus for 2021-2025: methodology of formation and reporting procedure" (December 8, 2023, Minsk) On December 8, 2023, a republican seminar "Target indicators of the State Program for Innovative Development of the Republic of Belarus for 2021 – 2025: formation methodology and reporting procedure" will be held. The venue of the seminar is the Yubileiny Hotel (Minsk, Pobediteley Ave. 19, 1st floor, Yubileiny conference hall). Participation in the seminar is free.
The purpose of the seminar is to discuss the methodology for creating and reporting procedures for target indicators. We invite representatives of customers and implementers of projects and events of the State Program for Innovative Development of the Republic of Belarus for 2021–2025, as well as other interested parties, to participate in the seminar. RESULTS On December 8, 2023, a republican seminar "Target indicators of the State Program for Innovative Development of the Republic of Belarus for 2021 – 2025: formation methodology and reporting procedure" was held in Minsk at the Yubileiny Hotel. Opening the event, the First Deputy Chairman of the State Committee on Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus, Candidate of Economic Sciences Denis Leonidovich Korzhitsky and the Director of the state institution "Belarusian Institute of System Analysis and Information Support for the Scientific and Technical Sphere", Candidate of Biological Sciences Pavlova addressed the seminar participants with welcoming words Natalya Fedorovna. Junior researcher of the department of scientific and methodological support of innovative development of the State Institution "BelISA" Andreev Sergey Evgenievich spoke about the regulatory and methodological framework and terminology of the concepts of "innovation" and "innovative activity", as well as the procedure for calculating the target indicators of the State program. Methodological and organizational features of accounting for innovative activities of an enterprise The methodological basis for compiling state statistical reporting 1-NT (innovation) "Report on the innovative activity of an organization" was reviewed by Svetlana Aleksandrovna Popruga, consultant to the department of statistics of industry, production, science and innovation of the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus. The seminar was attended by more than 70 representatives of the Ministry of Industry, the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, the Belneftekhim and Belgospischeprom concerns and other interested parties.
