Results of the Republican seminar on the implementation of an automated system for the formation and maintenance of the state register of rights to the results of scientific and scientific and technical activities December 13, 2021, Minsk

On December 13, 2021, the Republican Seminar on the implementation of an automated system for the formation and maintenance of the state register of rights to the results of scientific and scientific and technical activities was held in the conference hall of the Republican Scientific and Technical Library.

The main objective of the seminar was to discuss issues in the field of increasing the efficiency of maintaining the state register of rights to the results of scientific and scientific and technical activities (hereinafter referred to as RTD) and improving the technological processes of its formation.

Target audience of the seminar – representatives of the republican government bodies that are state customers of research, development and development work and employees of organizations that hold property rights to the results of scientific and technical documentation subject to mandatory commercialization.

The seminar was attended by 113 people, including online – 92, personal presence – 21.

During the speeches, the speakers noted the main points related to the proposed changes in the legislation governing the maintenance of the state register of rights to the results of scientific and technical documentation, and also noted the need to strengthen control over the process of commercialization of the results of scientific and technical documentation created at the expense of public funds.
