The State Committee on Science and Technologies and the Higher Certifying Commission inform about the International Scientific Practical Conference “Training of scientific staff of high qualification in conditions of innovative development of a society” which will take place on 24-25 September, 2009 in Minsk and invite all interested experts to take part in it.
