From September 26 to September 28, 2023, at the address: Minsk, Pobediteley Ave., 20/2 (Football Arena), the 26th International Exhibition of Technologies and Innovations in Industry "TechInnoProm" will be held.

The exhibition will be held within the framework of the Belarusian Industrial and Innovation Forum, which is one of the largest international events in the field of industry, high technologies, innovations and scientific and technical development and has been held annually since 1997.

The main theme of the forum in 2023: Industrial production in new realities: challenges create new opportunities. Import substitution of equipment and technologies, market and business response to new conditions.

The purpose of the exhibition is to promote innovative industrial equipment, products and technologies of domestic and foreign companies to regional and international markets; strengthening business contacts and exchange of experience.

Thematic sections of the exhibition:

– Equipment, technologies and scientific and technical developments for industrial production;

– Innovation. Investments. Startups and venture financing;

– Industrial products and services;

– Organization and improvement of industrial production.

The State Committee for Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus will act as the organizer of the collective section of scientific and technical developments, the state institution "Belarusian Institute for System Analysis and Information Support of the Scientific and Technical Sphere" (hereinafter – GU "BelISA") – the exhibition operator.

RESULTS

From September 26 to 28, 2023, the 26th International Exhibition of Technologies and innovations in industry "TehInnoProm" was held in Minsk as part of the Belarusian Industrial and Innovation Forum.

The collective section of scientific and technical developments, organized by the State Committee for Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus, was presented by 124 developments of Belarusian scientists from 24 organizations of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, institutions of the Ministry of Education and a resident of the Minsk Regional Technopark, as well as organizations subordinate to the SCST. The developments were shown in the form of full-scale samples, layouts, advertising banners, informational posters, presentations, videos, brochures, booklets and other printed publications.

Among the developments of Belarusian scientists are:

universal automated unit for dosing, mixing and pouring of two-component polymer systems in the production of thermal insulation of flexible pipelines in a continuous way. The unit is distinguished by its unique design, which ensures high quality mixing of components, and the state-of-the-art metering pump control system guarantees accurate maintenance of productivity and component ratio (Belarusian State University);

electromagnetic wave absorber "TORA" is a pyramid — type dielectric radio-absorbing material in the form of panels made of elastic polyurethane foam with carbon filler, designed to cover internal surfaces and workplace equipment in high-quality anechoic chambers. Provides high-precision measurements of antenna equipment characteristics and tests of radio-electronic equipment for electromagnetic compatibility (Belarusian State University);

bimetallic incisors for construction and mining machines (incisors for opening the roadway and soil), which are created according to the technology of manufacturing bimetallic incisors by the method of combined indentation. The developed resource-saving technology is based on new principles of manufacturing a bimetallic cutter. The essence of the development is that the cylindrical billet is made composite with a base of low-alloy steel up to (90%), and its working part is made of hard-alloy material VK 8. Unlike the soldered joint, this joint has significant strength and higher operational properties (Belarusian National Technical University);

software and hardware complex with a set of plug-ins for designing technical solutions for organizing industrial labeling of goods, designed to organize the process of applying, verifying and aggregating levels 1 and 2 of labeling codes for dairy products. The complex includes a software and hardware platform that scales easily and is configured for a specific production line. Both manual production lines and automated production lines are supported. Author's software allows you to manage the process using a graphical user interface (Educational institution "Brest State Technical University");

sol-gel coatings and film-forming solutions based on silicon dioxide for use in integrated circuit manufacturing technology. The developed film-forming solutions (sols) are intended for the formation of dielectric coatings, for surface planarization and interlayer insulation in the production technology of integrated circuits (Educational institution "Gomel State University named after F. Skoriny");

technologies and equipment of ion chemical and thermal treatment. It is a strengthening treatment of metal materials (steels, cast irons, titanium alloys), which increases the wear resistance and durability of parts made of cemented, improved, low– and medium-alloy steels, cutting and stamping tools, injection molding equipment, including internal surfaces (State Scientific Institution "Institute of Physics and Technology of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus");

technology and equipment for applying composite nanocoats based on diamond-like carbon. The technology of coating plastic molds, plungers and piston rings of diesel engines, matrices for stamping holograms, body parts of optical radiation photodetectors for spacecraft, lenses and windows made of germanium for IR radiation, as well as medical implants and other products has been developed (State Scientific Institution "Institute of Physics and Technology of the National Academy of Sciences Belarus");

mechatronic module with a power of 80 kW. It is a synchronous valve electric motor on permanent magnets, coupled with a gearbox. Designed for smooth vehicle speed control (State Scientific Institution "Joint Institute of Mechanical Engineering of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus");

technology and equipment for applying protective coatings by gas-flame spraying of thermoplastic polymers. Designed for restoring and strengthening fast-wearing parts and structural elements with metal coatings with a capacity of up to 18 kg / h and a tear-off adhesion strength of up to 60 MPa (State Scientific Institution "United Institute of Mechanical Engineering of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus");

installation of magneto-pulse processing based on an experimental technology for generating pulsed shock loads based on a super-powerful electromagnetic generator. Allows you to get a non-contact shock pulse load (impact) of ultra-high power. It can be used to create devices of wide application, including special purposes in the field of security (Experimental Production Republican Unitary Enterprise "FERRIT").

BME-Diesel LLC (resident of the Minsk Regional Technopark) presents a diesel generator set equipped with an automatic aerosol fire extinguishing system, convector heating system, forced ventilation system, automatic control system for air valves, low-noise exhaust system with spark arrester, vibration-damping support elements, electric diesel heating system.

During the exhibition, Igor Gubaidullin, Minister of Industry, Science and New Technologies of the Republic of Mordovia, and Valentin Tataritsky, Chairman of the State Committee for Standardization of the Republic of Belarus, got acquainted with the exposition of the collective section of scientific and technical developments. They were shown developments in such areas as instrument making, energy-saving technologies, and industry.

As a result of the work, the participants of the collective section concluded 2 agreements on the supply of products, signed 1 cooperation agreement and 4 protocols of intent.
