05.10.2023

From 5 to 10 November 2023, the People's Republic of China will host the sixth China International Import Expo, the largest multi-industry exhibition event held annually at China's largest exhibition complex in Shanghai.

The exhibition is organized with the support of the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China and the People's Government of Shanghai.

Thematic sections of the exhibition:

 — Automotive industry;

 — high-tech equipment and information technologies;

 — medical equipment and medicines;

 — consumer goods;

 — trade in services;

 — food and agricultural products.

The organizer of the collective section of scientific and technical developments is the State Committee for Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus, the exhibition operator is the state institution “Belarusian Institute of System Analysis and Information Support of the Scientific and Technical Sphere" (hereinafter referred to as the State Institution "BelISA").

The collective section will be presented by the developments of institutions of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus and organizations of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, which will demonstrate more than 35 scientific, technical and innovative developments.

RESULTS

The sixth China International Import Exhibition was held from November 5 to 10, 2023 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center, the largest exhibition complex in China, in Shanghai and was the largest multi-industry exhibition event in the PRC and throughout the Asian region.

The organizer of the collective section of scientific and technical developments at the Exhibition was the State Committee for Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus, and the exhibition operator was the state institution “Belarusian Institute of System Analysis and Information Support for the Scientific and Technical Sphere”.

A collective stand of scientific, technical and innovative developments was presented by institutions and organizations of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus.

35 developments of Belarusian scientists from 8 organizations of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and institutions of the Ministry of Education are presented to the attention of visitors to the exhibition in the form of full-scale samples, models, presentations, videos, brochures and other printed publications. Among them are:

Single crystals and faceted jewelry inserts from artificially grown emerald

Production of such single crystals with morphological features, physical properties and color characteristics as close as possible to natural precious stones.

Distinctive features:

— chemical formula: Be 3 Al 2 Si 6 O 18 :Cr;

— color: light green, green, dark green;

— pleochroism: green / yellow-green;

— luminescence: no;

— refractive index: 1.558-1.562

Heat-resistant (heat-insulating, fire-retardant) composite materials based on solid phosphate binders

Compositions of heat-resistant functional composite materials with operating temperatures up to 1500 ºÑ have been developed.

The materials are non-flammable, non-toxic, the production of composites is waste-free and does not require complex equipment. The advantage of the technology for manufacturing heat-resistant materials is their low curing temperatures (20-300 ºÑ).

Scope of application: aerospace engineering, metallurgy, construction, nuclear energy.

Electrolytic plasma polishing of products made of nitinol and titanium

Purpose: polishing, descaling and cleaning of products made of nitinol and titanium.

Advantages:

— savings of up to 40% of current costs for consumables necessary for the process of finishing the surface of products, even taking into account higher energy costs for the electrolytic plasma polishing process;

— the payback period for finished equipment and technology is 1.5-2 years.

The technology is of interest to manufacturers of high-tech import-substituting medical products, including those used in cardiovascular and minimally invasive treatment methods.

The technology was introduced into production as an operation to improve the quality of surfaces of medical products made of nitinol and titanium.

The development relates to finishing surface treatment methods.

Innovative technology for the production of dry bacterial starter cultures

Innovative technology for the production of dry bacterial starters for the industrial production of various dairy products (cottage cheese, yogurt, sour cream, cheese and others).

The Institute is the only manufacturer in the Republic of Belarus of bacterial starter cultures for the production of dairy products. Its characteristics are not inferior to the best world analogues.

Technology of high-temperature bonding of silicon wafers for use in microelectronics

A technology for high-temperature (1200 °C) gluing of monocrystalline silicon wafers has been developed. The gluing was carried out using a composition based on silicon dioxide, which was applied to the surfaces to be joined by spraying. This technology can be used to obtain SOI (silicon on insulator) structures and integrated circuit production technology.

Advantages:

— will reduce the requirements for the quality of processing and cleaning of the surfaces to be joined and will make it possible to connect different surfaces, simplifying the process of preparation and connection;

— simplicity of the process and its compatibility with aluminum metallization.

A unique technology that has no analogues in the world.

The collective stand of scientific, technical and innovative developments was visited by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the People's Republic of China — Yuri Alekseevich Senko. Business meetings and negotiations were held between participants in the collective section and representatives of Chinese business.

The participants in the collective section signed an agreement on cooperation in the field of developments and technologies for the manufacture and sale of medical products in the territory of the Republic of Belarus and the People's Republic of China — 1; agreement on the supply of medical products to China – 2; agreement on scientific and technical cooperation – 4, memorandum on scientific and technical cooperation – 2.
