International specialized exhibition "TIBO-2023" (April 18-21, 2023, Minsk)

The XXIX International Specialized Exhibition "TIBO-2023" will take place in Minsk on April 18-21, 2023 within the framework of the XXIX International ICT Forum "TIBO-2023".

The TIBO Forum is held in the Republic of Belarus on an annual basis, and it is a platform for exchanging new achievements and best practices in the field of information technologies.

In the course of the forum's business events, the national and foreign experts, representatives of the government agencies and business communities analyze the global ICT development trends, present the innovative developments in the field of information technologies, and opportunities for their effective application in various spheres of activity.

The exhibition will feature collective sections of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Industry, the State Property Committee, and individual stands of various companies.

The State Committee on Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus will present a collective section "Innovation infrastructure" at the exhibition. The visitors of the event will be able to get acquainted with the conditions created in the country for introduction of scientific achievements into the branches of economy through the implemented innovation policy.

Educational institutions and technoparks of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus, subordinate organizations of the State Committee on Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus, the subject of innovation infrastructure — Mind Games Soft LLC, and the public association "Belarusian Republican Youth Union" will take part in the section.


RESULTS

From April 18 to April 21, 2023, the XXIX International Specialized Exhibition "TIBO-2023" was held in Minsk.

The State Committee for Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus, together with the state institution "Belarusian Institute for System Analysis and Information Support of the Scientific and Technical Sphere", organized the section of scientific and technical developments.

The collective section of scientific and technical developments was represented by scientific and technological parks of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus, subordinate organizations of the State Committee on Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus, the subject of innovation infrastructure — LLC "Games of the Mind Soft", as well as the public association "Belarusian Republican Youth Union". In total, 63 developments were presented in this section.

Among the innovative developments, the developments of Unitekhprom BSU were presented: the multifunctional measuring complex "Alma Meter 2", designed to study and generate electrical signals, convert signals from sensors of physical quantities, and the software package "Entropy Analysis of Discrete Sequences" (EADP). EADF is intended for statistical analysis of the output of sequences of random sources based on the Shannon, Renyi and Tsallis entropy functionals in order to assess the proximity to a uniformly distributed sequence.

The Additional Liability Company "TAKHATAKSI" presented the system for dispatching heat and energy resources and the automated system for gas metering and leakage control "GAZeta". The heat and energy resources dispatching system is a software and hardware complex for taking and transmitting readings from metering devices for the purpose of remote monitoring, control and accounting of heat and energy resources consumption. Automated gas metering and leakage control system "GAZeta" is a software and hardware system for automatic gas flow metering (remote collection, transmission and analysis of readings), gas leakage control with the possibility of remote closing of shut-off valves.

The Brest Science and Technology Park presented an autonomous mobile collaborative robotic arm with a vision system, designed to solve complex problems (search and identification of objects using vision, picking up objects using a gripping mechanism, moving a taken object within the premises).

The Belarusian Innovation Fund presented a number of projects-winners and prize-winners of the Republican competition of innovative projects in 2022 as exhibits, including:

project "Development, validation and evaluation of a software complex for neuropsychological diagnostics". The Neuro systematization, measurements and generalization (NeuroSMG) software package has a modular structure and includes 8 neuropsychological methods, as well as a freely expandable Questionnaires module, where any psychometric test (test with answer options) can be placed (Vitebsk State Order of Peoples' Friendship Medical University" — first place in the nomination "Best Innovative Project") ;

project "Educational digital platform" ROZUM ". The digital platform is designed to train the leadership of the country on the issues of digital transformation of the state, information and cybersecurity, protection of personal data without leaving the main activity (International Center for Education of the NTEC "ROZUM" — third place in the nomination "Best Innovative Project") ;

project "Mobile signal and rescue module". The module is a device for providing an additional level of security in a house or a certain room with the possibility of using in cases of searching for the location of the user or a group of persons, analyzing the environment and automatically generating an alarm signal (Educational Establishment “Vitebsk State University named after P.M. place in the nomination "Best Youth Innovation Project").

Mind Games LLC presented the Woodworking Table and Bolting software and hardware systems. Thus, the "Woodworking table" is designed to train specialists to work with woodworking machines: tape, jointing, milling, format-cutting. Another software and hardware complex is designed to train specialists in working with pipeline units in the oil and gas industry: installation / dismantling of flange connections, replacement of bolt fasteners, etc.

The most popular among visitors were the following developments: multifunctional control panel "HomeID"; an intelligent simulator for teaching the technique of skiing; RNTB Internet portal; complex of telemedical diagnostics "Osmotr+".

The stand of the SCST was visited by the First Deputy Head of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus M.V. Ryzhenkov, the Minister of Education of the Republic of Belarus A.I. Ivanets, the State Secretary of the Security Council of Belarus A.G. Volfovich. More than 50 meetings and 110 consultations with potential clients were held during the exhibition.
