RESULTS

From September 25 to 27, 2023, the International Industrial Exhibition "Innoprom. Kazakhstan" was held for the first time in Astana (Republic of Kazakhstan).

The collective section of the State Committee for Science and Technology (hereinafter referred to as SCST) was presented by 71 projects developed by Belarusian scientists from the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus, the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and residents of the Hi – Tech Park.

Among the developments of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus were presented:

agrodron A60-X-a complex for field spraying using ultra-low volume technology (5-10 l / ha), which has a number of advantages over traditional methods of applying plant protection products (ATK CJSC);

an ultralight gyroplane of the Yastreb model designed for border patrol, cargo transportation, aerial photography, monitoring of forests and fire protection, and solving special tasks. In comparison with other aircraft (airplanes, helicopters) used to perform similar tasks, the gyroplane has a number of advantages: ease of operation in all operating ranges; lack of vibrations and "stalling on the wing"; many variations in horizontal flight speeds; no need for special preparation of the take-off site, the ability to land on an unprepared country road. road, ground, water and snow; the highest resistance to crosswind and turbulence, crosswind landing limit-15 m / s, oncoming — 20 m / s; safe landing of the gyroplane with the engine turned off on a limited area (normal mode) (ATK CJSC together with Trendak company);

operational recognition, selection and compression of video information on board small spacecraft micromodul. The micromodule is designed to expand the capabilities of complex miniaturization and functional load of on-board equipment of small spacecraft. The developed prototype exceeds the existing analogues by a group of parameters: weight, dimensions, power consumption, processing speed of one frame, cost (State Institution "United Institute of Informatics Problems");

laser therapeutic device "Prometheus-IF". The device is designed to treat a wide range of diseases of various origins and provides implementation of all phototherapy technologies currently used in laser therapy (Institute of Physics of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus).;

the electric traction drive inverter of a cargo electric vehicle is a component of a power plant for converting direct current into alternating current with a change in the voltage value. The proposed development is unique for the EAEU countries in terms of the achieved functionality and cost of the final product in terms of mass production. The product is aimed at import substitution of traction electric drives of European manufacturers (State Institution "United Institute of Mechanical Engineering of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus").

Among the developments of the Ministry of Education are:

automated installation for dosing, mixing and pouring of two-component polymer systems in the manufacture of thermal insulation of flexible pipelines in a continuous way. A new development (2023) in the line of resource-saving technological equipment for the production of products made of elastic, integral and rigid polyurethane foams. It is intended for receiving a heat-insulating layer from polyurethane foam for flexible pipelines in a continuous way. The mixing device of the equipment is characterized by a unique design, which ensures high quality mixing of components, and the state-of-the-art metering pump control system guarantees accurate maintenance of productivity and component ratio. The cost of equipment is 1.5-2.0 times lower compared to similar foreign equipment (Research Institution "A. N. Sevchenko Institute of Applied Physical Problems" of the Belarusian State University);

a portable cavitometer designed to measure and control cavitation activity in high-power ultrasonic fields and hydrodynamic cavitators. The device can be used to optimize ultrasonic technological processes, determine the presence and intensity of cavitation in hydraulic systems, measure cavitation thresholds (Educational institution "Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics");

heat-resistant ceramic materials for thermal units. Designed for thermal and electrical insulation of furnaces in foundries, thermal and blacksmith shops. For the production of materials, no additional equipment is required, since changes in the technology of production of ceramic materials relate only to compositions (Educational institution "Belarusian State Technological University").

LLC "Mind Games" presents the software and hardware complex "Virtual table. Woodworking". This complex is a proprietary development of the company. The methodology of this training complex is built in accordance with the recommendations and with the participation of specialized specialists from leading industrial enterprises and educational institutions of the Republic of Belarus. It is intended for practicing practical skills for students of vocational education institutions. This complex can be installed and modified in any educational institution in the field of woodworking, as well as at industrial enterprises in woodworking; it can be translated into any of the languages of a potential customer. It is an import substitution of the French-made Wood Ed Table simulator.

The delegation of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus in the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan held talks with the Deputy Chairman of the Science Committee of this Ministry Bibosinov Asylkhan Zhanibekovich. The parties discussed the current state of scientific and technical cooperation between the two countries, discussed the issue of deepening scientific and technological cooperation in priority areas of the two countries, and discussed mechanisms for supporting scientific and technical projects.

As a result of the exhibition, 4 contracts were signed for the amount of 48,000 US dollars and 2,880,000 Russian rubles; 2 memoranda, 5 protocols of intent and 3 cooperation agreements were signed.
