International multidisciplinary exhibition "MUSIAD EXPO"

02.11.2022

Today the International Multisectoral Exhibition "MUSIAD EXPO" began its work in Istanbul. This exhibition is a leading multi-industry international event and business forum of the Turkish Association of Independent Industrialists and Entrepreneurs MUSIAD, held with the support of the Turkish government every two years.

The organizer of the collective section of scientific and technical developments is the State Committee on Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus, the exhibition operator is the state institution "Belarusian Institute of System Analysis and Information Support of Scientific and Technical Sphere".

The exhibition visitors are presented with 109 developments of the Belarusian scientists from 23 scientific and scientific-production organizations of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, institutions of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus and organizations of the Belarusian State Concern of Food Industry "Belgospischeprom". The developments are demonstrated in the form of full-scale samples, models, advertising banners, information posters, presentations, videos, brochures, booklets and other printed publications.

Among the most interesting developments are:

— antitumor drug "Prospidelong" for treatment of patients with gastric cancer with disseminated peritoneal lesions; pharmaceutical substances and the original drug of antitumor action "Cisplacel". Advantages of the drugs: directed transport of cytostatic in the tumor bed and on the residual component of the removed tumor; prolongation of the therapeutic effect; potentiation of the effect of radiation therapy; ensuring homeostasis; complete resorption after implantation. All substances have a cost much lower than imported analogues (Belarusian State University);

— laser crystals for active media and passive gates (technologies for growing optical crystals doped with rare-earth materials). The developed technologies allow to obtain high quality laser and jewelry crystals (alexandrites, tanzanites, spinels, sapphires, etc.), which are among the best analogs of natural materials in the world (Belarusian National Technical University);

— ñalcium-phosphate ceramic products obtained by 3D-printing. These products are used for replacement of bone tissue defects, cranioplasty. Advantages: ceramic masses for 3D-printing do not require binders; lower production cost due to rational selection of raw material composition and firing temperature-time regimes (Belarusian State Technological University);

— automated registration system for welding processes. Advantages of the development: identification of a welder and welding supervisor by an RFID-certificate on the data logger installed on each welding machine; selection of the required welding task and welding modes to be set on the welding machine from the data logger database; saving data on welding mode parameters into non-volatile memory and transferring them to the server for storage via GSM communication; viewing welding mode parameters in real time through the client application; issuing of a sound signal by the data logger and (Belarusian-Russian University);

— dry bacterial starter for industrial production of various dairy products (cottage cheese, yogurt, sour cream, cheese, etc.) (Institute for the Meat and Dairy Industry, Subsidiary National Research and Manufacturing Unitary Enterprise at the Food Research and Engineering Center, National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, RUE);

— quick-dissolving milk-based dry mixes for the preparation of hot drinks using vending machines. These mixes have a natural dairy composition, do not contain vegetable oils, have a low degree of hygroscopicity and a high degree of solubility (Institute for the Meat and Dairy Industry, Subsidiary National Research and Manufacturing Unitary Enterprise at the Food Research and Engineering Center, National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, RUE);

— Milk chocolate "Children's stories" with milk filling and cereals. The chocolate is characterized by an increased content of essential macro– and micronutrients, corresponding to the physiological needs of preschool and school-age children (SOAO Kommunarka).

The exhibition will run until November 5, 2022.
