To the attention of customers and executors of projects and measures of the State program of innovative development of the Republic of Belarus for 2021 — 2025

The State Institution "Belarusian Institute for System Analysis and Information Support of Scientific and Technical Sphere" invites customers and implementers of projects and measures of the State Program of Innovation Development of the Republic of Belarus for 2021 — 2025 and other interested persons to take part in national seminars.

On November 25, 2022 the national seminar "State Program of Innovation Development of the Republic of Belarus for 2021 — 2025: Implementation, Adjustment, Reporting" will be held to discuss the questions of implementation of the State Program of Innovation Development for 2021 — 2025 (hereafter the State Program) approved by the Presidential № 348 of September 15, 2021. The main provisions of the State program, mechanisms of its implementation, financing, the main forms and requirements for the reporting documentation on the results of the State program activities will be considered. It is also planned to discuss the practice of application of indirect mechanisms of state stimulation of projects of the state program.

On December 16, 2022 a national seminar "Target Indicators of the State Program of Innovation Development of the Republic of Belarus for 2021 — 2025: Methodology and Reporting Procedure" aimed at explanation of the methodology of forming the targets of the State Program as well as the reporting procedure reflecting the results of their implementation will be held. In addition, the updated international approaches to the collection and analysis of data on innovations related to the release of the fourth edition of the main methodological document of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development in the field of innovation "Oslo Manual" will be considered.
