On May 24, a republican seminar on the organization and implementation of scientific and technical activities was held in Minsk, organized by the State Institution "BelISA" with the aim of discussing problematic issues related to the conduct of state scientific and state scientific and technical examinations, the implementation of tasks of scientific and technical programs, and the preparation of reporting documentation according to programs.

Deputy Chairman of the SCST Tatyana Stolyarova addressed the seminar participants with a welcoming speech. She noted that the results of the implementation of scientific and technical programs are the basis for the creation of high-tech products, and high-quality state examination makes it possible to select the most effective projects.

First Deputy Director — Deputy Director for Scientific Work of the State Institution "BelISA" Natalya Pavlova told the event participants about the organization of scientific and technical activities in the Republic of Belarus.

At the seminar, issues of the formation and implementation of scientific and technical programs, legal requirements for the preparation of application and reporting materials were discussed in detail, and the features of the information and analytical system "Scientific and Technical Programs" developed at the institute were presented.

Seminar participants became familiar with the regulations for conducting state scientific and state scientific and technical examination of projects, legal requirements, the most common errors encountered when preparing documents for examination, and recommendations for eliminating them.

The event covered in detail the issue of the administrative procedure "State registration of research, development and experimental-technological work", typical errors that arise during the preparation and submission of a package of documents for state registration of research, development and experimental work were discussed. -technological work and when providing a final report on the completion of work.

In addition, students are presented with the possibilities of a register of research, development and experimental technological work and a register of rights to the results of scientific and technical activities as an important information resource for science and business.
