The XXX International Specialized Exhibition “TIBO-2024” has opened

05.06.2024

The XXX International Forum on Information and Communication Technologies “TIBO-2024” started in Minsk. The TIBO Forum is held in the Republic of Belarus on an annual basis and provides a platform for the exchange of new achievements and best practices in the field of information technology. During the forum's business events, domestic and foreign experts, representatives of government agencies and business communities analyze global trends in ICT development, present innovative developments in the field of information technology, as well as the possibilities of their effective use in various fields of activity.

The State Committee for Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus is the organizer of the section of scientific and technical developments at the XXX International Specialized Exhibition "TIBO-2024", held within the framework of the forum, the state institution "Belarusian Institute of System Analysis and Information Support for the Scientific and Technical Sphere" is the exhibition operator.

The collective section of scientific and technical developments is represented by the developments of universities and technology parks of the Ministry of Education, residents of technology parks of the Republic of Belarus and subordinate organizations of the State Committee for Science and Technology.

Among the developments of the Ministry of Education are:

educational and scientific module “Water supply and water treatment” using VR technologies. The station provides storage and distribution of water through a high container, such as a water tower. Advantages: water transportation with remote control; development of various modes of water transportation; accounting for the amount of water supplied to the amount of water supplied; leakage modeling (“Republican Institute of Vocational Education”) ;

an autonomous mobile collaborative robotic manipulator (AMCR) with a technical vision system, designed to solve complex problems, including: searching and identifying objects using technical vision, picking up objects using a gripping mechanism, moving a taken object within the premises. Promising applications for AMRC include complex sanitary treatment of premises with disinfectants, order picking for retailers, work in an automated warehouse, maintenance of laboratory equipment of medical centers, scientific research in the field of mobile and collaborative robotics (technopark of Brest State Technical University) ;

highly stable pulsed laser emitter with longitudinal diode pumping. Unique diode pumping circuits are used, which makes it possible to generate radiation in a wide spectral range and various modes without limitations on the quantum defect between the pumping and lasing wavelengths. The systems can be used to create ultra-precise measuring instruments used in medicine, aviation and mechanical engineering (technopark BNTU "Polytechnic") .

Technopark residents presented developments for medical purposes:

pulse induction therapy device "SETA-TM", designed for non-contact exposure to low— and medium-frequency pulsed magnetic fields with an intensity of 0.2 to 1.2 Tesla for diseases and traumatic injuries of the peripheral and central nervous, cardiovascular, musculoskeletal, digestive and genitourinary systems. "SETA-TM" can be used in a hospital, clinic, at home and in production conditions (LLC "TIM") ;

digital biometric portable device — a digital assistant to a doctor for making medical decisions, using a smartphone application for self-monitoring and dynamic monitoring of individual health, a tool for interacting with a doctor and telemedicine. The device implements the “Medicine-4P” concept: (partnership, personalization, forecasting, warning). Primary assessment of your health: self-control and monitoring throughout life; identification and control of the level of risks of non-communicable diseases; monitoring the effectiveness of treatment and recreational activities; assessment of the influence of the living environment on the health of the training process (physical activity and stress factors at work, competitions, etc.); productive online communication with a doctor, optimization of the examination program, prevention and treatment programs (Noosphere Technologies LLC) ;

layout of an augmented reality system for planning and performing surgical operations. Licensed software: a service for training, planning and performing surgical operations based on the use of augmented reality and additive technologies. As part of the project, it is planned to develop and implement two types of integrated service solutions: an educational medical center of augmented reality for training in complex operations; laboratory of medical services for conducting operations in augmented reality (Artomed LLC — resident of InKata LLC) and others.

The Belarusian Innovation Foundation presents the 3D modeling and 3D printing technology used in the Republican Scientific and Practical Center "Cardiology" in the surgical treatment of obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy — the winner of the Republican competition of innovative projects in 2023. Also presented is the finalist of this competition — module 1C "Trade Union of Education and Science of Belarus" , which is designed for comprehensive automation of accounting and professional support for specialists during its formation in primary trade union organizations of the education and science system, which corresponds to the technological needs of the country.

The exhibition will run until June 8. When you fill out the form on the official website https://iframe.tibo.by/event/a249de6fa883eb4e9da4d72faff37036 , a personal invitation card is sent to your postal address, which gives you the opportunity to visit the exhibition for free.
