Minsk to discuss innovations in food industry

The 8th international scientific and practical conference Innovation Technologies in Food Production will take place in Minsk on 8-9 October. Partaking in the conference will be over 100 scientists and specialists of the food industry from Belarus, Russia, Moldova, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and Ukraine, BelTA learnt from the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.
The forum will be held in the NASB Scientific and Practical Center for Food. Deputy Chairman of the Board of the National Academy of Sciences Vladimir Gusakov will act as chairman of the organizing committee of the conference.
The scientists are expected to exchange the experience in developing up-to-date technologies and equipment for the food industry. The participants of the conference will discuss infant and functional nutrition, the quality of products and other issues.
