Grodno-based company to develop publishing software

A regional center to develop publishing platform software opened in Grodno on 25 April, 2011 at premises of the manufacturing office of IntexSoft company, a resident of the High-Tech Park, IntexSoft Director Vasily Yavorchuk told BelTA.
The company’s new software development center in Grodno will focus on developing and supporting a publishing platform IntexSoft Publishing. The platform is designed to fully automate the printing of photo books using HP Indigo digital printing machines. Over 600 square meters will be occupied by the company’s software development and testing lab, support service and a training classroom.
According to the source, the opening of a new development center in Belarus testifies to high professional skills of Belarusian programmers. The fact has been recognized by domestic and foreign customers of software products. Choosing between Western and Belarusian projects, Russia’s printing industry flagships choose Belarusians and the IntexSoft Publishing platform.
IntexSoft started operating on the market in 1999. It was the first resident company of the High-Tech Park in Grodno. Grodno’s head office specializes in developing highly effective and affordable IT solutions. To make interaction with foreign customers convenient, the company has opened offices in Germany and Canada. At present IntexSoft’s main customers are located in the USA, Germany, Russia, and Belarus. IntexSoft maintains tight cooperation with the Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno. The company offers internship, on the job training and employment to students.
