Grodno to host international conference Foot Biomechanics
Nearly 50 scientists from Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Belgium and Canada will partake in the international conference Foot Biomechanics. The event will take place in Grodno on June 18-19, BelTA learnt from Irina Novik, the research assistant of the resource economy research center of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.
The conference will focus on the issues related to the biomechanical methods of examining foot dysfunction, rehabilitation of foot functions in childhood and adulthood.
The scientific forum has been organized by the State Committee of Science and Technology of Belarus, the resource economy research center of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, Bialystok Technical University, Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno, Grodno State Medical University. The conference is held within the project INTERREG IIIA/TAÑIS CBÑ Biomechanical research and development of methods improving the locomotor system of the children of the Podlasie and Grodno regions.
