Russian Federal Space Agency presents awards to Belarusian scientists
The Russian Federal Space Agency has presented awards to a team of researchers of the Belarus National Academy of Sciences, BelTA learnt in the Presidium of the Belarus National Academy of Sciences.
The Belarusian scientists have been awarded in recognition of their contribution to Belarus-Russia Union State’s programmes “Kosmos-SG” and “Kosmos-NT”, for their initiative and professionalism.
Chairman of the Presidium of the Belarus National Academy of Sciences Mikhail Myasnikovich and First Deputy Chairman of the Presidium of the Belarus National Academy of Sciences Piotr Vityaz were awarded Yuri Gagarin Medal.
Director General of the Integrated Institute for Information Science Problems of the Belarus National Academy of Sciences Sergei Ablameiko and Executive Program Director of the Integrated Institute for Information Science Problems of the Belarus National Academy of Sciences Arkady Kravtsov were awarded Medal “For Assistance for Space Activities”.
Director of the Geoinformational Systems Company of the Belarus National Academy of Sciences Sergei Zolotoi was awarded Medal “For International Cooperation in Space Exploration”.
Chief Specialist of the Physics, Mathematics and Computer Science Department of the Belarus National Academy of Sciences Sergei Pisarevsky and Chief Engineer of the Geoinformational Systems Company of the Belarus National Academy of Sciences Oleg Semenov were awarded Certificates of Honour of the Russian Federal Space Agency.
A team of researchers of the Lykov Heat-and-Mass Transfer Institute, the Stepanov Institute of Physics, the Beliy Institute of Metal-Polymer Mechanics System and the Integrated Institute for Information Science Problems of the Belarus National Academy of Sciences were commended with Gratitude of the Russian Federal Space Agency.
