Domestic vaccines and medications are manufactured at the Vitebsk biofactory. The Grodno preservatives works develops new high biotechnologies. “It is obvious that the research and development work of scientific establishments of Belarus yield high results,” the Chairman of the NAS Presidium added.
Mikhail Myasnikovich also informed that in 2008 about Br418bn will be assigned to the state program of innovation development for 2007-2010. “The state will finance those sci-tech projects that are to be implemented in 2009,” he said.
