The forms of documents dealing with creation of the subjects of innovative infrastructure are approved
In the framework of realization of item 3 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of 3 January, 2007 #1 “On approval of a Rule about the order of creation of the subjects of innovative infrastructure and modifications and additions in the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of 30 September, 2002 #495” the Council of the Ministers of the Republic of Belarus has authorized the Regulation #459 of 10 April, 2007 in which the following forms are approved:
- An application for registration of the legal entity as a subject of innovative infrastructure;
- An application for prolongation of a term of registration of a legal entity as a subject of innovative infrastructure;
- A register of subjects of innovative infrastructure;
- A business project;
- A certificates on registration of a legal entity as a subject of innovative infrastructure.
It is entrusted to the State Committee for Science and Technologies in bi-monthly term to develop and ratify methodical recommendations about filling in the form of a business project, and also to modify its legal acts in conformity with the present decision.
