More than 1000 of commercial offers registered at the Intellectual Property Exchange

1044 commercial offers and prospective inventions have been registered at the Intellectual Property Exchange (as of June 12, 2013).

560 applications of them are offers concerning the commercial use of Belarusian patents for inventions owned by the organizations of the NAS of Belarus, the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Health; 28 offers were about the sale of rights to the use of Russian patents for inventions; 21 offers were about the use of commercial Eurasian patents for inventions.

284 prospective Belarusian inventions, 144 commercial offers and 7 prospective Eurasian inventions were patented at the Intellectual Property Exchange over the reporting period. 

More than 1800 applications from 25 countries (Russia, Ukraine, Germany, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Israel, Moldova, etc.) have been received by the Intellectual Property Exchange.

It stands to mention that about 5800 applications for the industry property units and about 700 applications for issuance of patents for inventions have been submitted to the National Center of Intellectual Property for 5 months of this year.

The experts of the National Center of Intellectual Property have considered 4392 applications for registration of trademarks, including 2320 applications for the registration in accordance with the national procedure and 2072 ones for the registration in accordance with the international procedure.
