From June 26 to June 28, 2023 in Ufa (Republic of Bashkortostan), a multi-industry exhibition of Belarusian and Russian manufacturers will be held as part of the 10th Forum of the Regions of Belarus and Russia.

The Forum of the Regions of Russia and Belarus is one of the most significant events in the development of bilateral relations, held with the participation of the leadership of the two countries.

The business program of the Forum will be dedicated to the prospective development of cooperation between Russia and Belarus. About 250 representatives from 47 different regions are expected from the Russian side, about 500 participants from the Belarusian side.

As part of the forum events, it is planned to sign intergovernmental and interregional cooperation agreements and other documents aimed at expanding bilateral cooperation, it is planned to hold a trade fair and an exhibition program dedicated to the scientific, industrial and other achievements of the regions of Russia and Belarus, the Republic of Bashkortostan, as well as youth, sports and other events.

The State Committee for Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus will act as the organizer of the collective section of scientific and technical developments, the state institution "Belarusian Institute for System Analysis and Information Support of the Scientific and Technical Sphere" (hereinafter — GU "BelISA") — the exhibition operator. The collective section will be presented by the developments of institutions of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus and organizations of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, which will demonstrate 80 scientific, technical and innovative developments.

RESULTS

In the Republic of Bashkortostan, within the framework of the 10th Forum of the Regions of Belarus and Russia, a diversified exhibition of Belarusian and Russian manufacturers was held.

The organizer of the collective section of scientific and technical developments was the State Committee for Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus, the exhibition operator was the state institution "Belarusian Institute for System Analysis and Information Support of the Scientific and Technical Sphere".

The collective section of scientific and technical developments was represented by 80 developments of Belarusian scientists from 13 organizations of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and institutions of the Ministry of Education.

Among the developments were presented:

control and measuring microwave equipment and special software (EE "Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics");

ultrasonic technologies and equipment (EE "Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics");

fusible coatings and powders based on an alloy of tin with gold, silver, copper, nickel, bismuth (functional coatings and powders) ("Belarusian State University");

a series of veterinary therapeutic and prophylactic biological products of a new generation ("Belarusian State University");

device for emergency external fixation of pelvic bones and long bones (Scientific and technological park of BNTU "Polytechnic");

improved DNA technology that allows analyzing the genetic diversity of European bison populations and developing optimal schemes for crossing bison, taking into account their pedigree (SSI "Institute of Genetics and Cytology of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus");

neural network software package for decision support in the diagnosis of lung diseases based on x-ray and tomographic images (LungExpert) (Joint Institute for Informatics Problems of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus).

The participants of the collective section signed 2 roadmaps for scientific and technical cooperation, 1 trilateral cooperation agreement, 1 memorandum of cooperation, 2 cooperation agreements in the field of scientific research support, 2 cooperation agreements, 5 protocols of intent and a communiqué on joining the International Association "Interdisciplinary Center for Neutron Research PIK".
