From June 5 to June 8, 2024, the XXX International Specialized Exhibition "TIBO-2024" was held within the framework of the XXX International Forum on Information and Communication Technologies "TIBO-2024". The State Committee on Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus acted as the organizer of the scientific and technical developments section, and the state institution "Belarusian Institute of System Analysis and Information Support of the Scientific and Technical Sphere" acted as the exhibition operator. The collective stand was placed in the section of the exhibition exposition "Innovative Infrastructure" and presented developments of technology parks of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus, subjects of innovative infrastructure LLC "Artomed", LLC "Inkata", LLC "Neospheric Technologies", as well as subordinate organizations of the State Committee on Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus. Among the developments of the Ministry of Education were presented: educational and scientific module "Water Supply and Water Treatment" using VR technologies. The station ensures the storage and distribution of water through a high capacity, such as a water tower. Advantages: remotely controlled water transportation; practicing various water transportation modes; accounting for the amount of supplied water to the amount of supplied water; leak modeling ("Republican Institute of Professional Education"); Autonomous mobile collaborative robotic manipulator (AMCR) with a technical vision system, designed to solve complex problems, including: searching for and identifying objects using technical vision, taking objects using a gripping mechanism, moving the taken object within premises. Promising applications for AMCR are complex sanitary treatment of premises with disinfectants, order picking for retailers, work in an automated warehouse, servicing laboratory equipment of medical centers, scientific research in the field of mobile and collaborative robotics (technopark of Brest State Technical University); highly stable pulsed laser emitter with longitudinal diode pumping. Unique diode pumping schemes are used, which allows generating radiation in a wide range of the spectrum and in various modes without limitation by the quantum defect between the pumping and generation wavelengths. The systems can be used to create ultra-precise measuring instruments used in medicine, aircraft and mechanical engineering (BNTU Polytechnic Technopark). Residents of the technology parks present developments for medical purposes: the SETA-TM pulse induction therapy device, designed for contactless exposure to low and medium-frequency pulsed magnetic fields with an intensity of 0.2 to 1.2 Tesla in diseases and traumatic injuries of the peripheral and central nervous, cardiovascular, musculoskeletal, digestive and genitourinary systems. SETA-TM can be used in hospitals, clinics, at home and in production conditions (OOO TiM) ; a portable digital biometric device — a digital assistant to a doctor for making medical decisions, using a smartphone application for self-monitoring and dynamic monitoring of individual health, a tool for interaction with a doctor and telemedicine. The device implements the concept of "Medicine-4P": (partnership, personalization, forecasting, prevention). Primary assessment of one's health: self-monitoring and monitoring throughout life; identification and control of the risk level of non-communicable diseases; control of the effectiveness of treatment and health measures; assessment of the impact of the living environment on health; training process (physical activity and stress factors at work, competitions, etc.); productive online communication with a doctor, optimization of the examination program, prevention and treatment program (OOO "Noospheric Technologies") ; model of the augmented reality system for planning and performing surgical operations. Licensed software: a service for training, planning and performing surgical operations based on the use of augmented reality and additive technologies. As part of the project, it is planned to develop and implement two types of complex service solutions: an educational medical center of augmented reality for training in performing complex operations; a laboratory of medical services for performing operations in augmented reality (OOO "Artomed" a resident of OOO "InKata") and others. The Belarusian Innovation Fund presented the 3D modeling and 3D printing technology used in the Republican Scientific and Practical Center "Cardiology" in the surgical treatment of obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy the winner of the Republican Competition of Innovative Projects 2023. The finalist of this competition was also presented - the 1C module "Trade Union of Education and Science of Belarus", which is designed for the comprehensive automation of accounting and professional support for specialists in its formation in primary trade union organizations of the education and science system, which meets the technological needs of the country. At the site of the international forum TIBO-2024, a memorandum of mutual cooperation was signed between the Representative Office of the Belarusian Innovation Fund in the Russian Federation and JSC Special Economic Zone Innopolis (Republic of Tatarstan, Russian Federation). |
