On 1 June 2013 the order of Belarusian Institute of System Analysis and Information Support of Scientific and Technical Sphere (BelISA) of 27.05.2013 N 44 "On entry fee" comes into force. This order has changed the initial cost of entry fee related to scientific and technical expertise of technologies, industries and businesses for including them in the Register of High-Tech Manufactures and Enterprises. The order also refers to technologies used for investment projects pretending for the government support that is provided in Belarus to industries based on new and high technologies, as well as to investment projects with foreign loans guaranteed by the Government of the Republic of Belarus and other investment projects in the cases and under the conditions established by the Government of the Republic of Belarus. An initial payment of 14,75 mln rubles including VAT (equal to approximately 1,7 thous. USD) has to be transferred by an applicant (customer) to a non-budgetary account of BelISA.

If this amount exceeds 0.2% of the annual sales of an applicant (customer) in the second year of production in accordance with the business plan attached to an application, the entry fee is re-calculated and reduced to 0.2% of annual sales in the second year of production.
