Republican Seminar " State Program of Innovative Development of the Republic of Belarus for 2021-2025: implementation, adjustment, reporting "(November 24, 2023, Minsk)

On November 24, 2023, a republican seminar "State program for innovative development of the Republic of Belarus for 2021 – 2025: implementation, adjustment, reporting" will be held.

The venue for the seminar is the Belarus Hotel (Minsk, Storozhovskaya str. 15, 1st floor, large conference hall).

Participation in the seminar is free.

The purpose of the seminar is to discuss the implementation of the State Program for Innovative Development of the Republic of Belarus for 2021–2025, approved by Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated September 15, 2021 No. 348. The main provisions of the State Program, mechanisms for its implementation, financing and reporting documentation on the progress will be considered implementation of the State program. In addition, it is planned to consider the issue of monitoring the implementation of the State program using an automated monitoring system (ASM GPIR).

We invite representatives of customers and implementers of projects and events of the State Program, and other interested parties to participate in the seminar.

RESULTS

On November 24, 2023, a republican seminar “State Program for Innovative Development of the Republic of Belarus for 2021–2025: implementation, adjustment, reporting” was held in Minsk at the Belarus Hotel.

Opening the event, the First Deputy Chairman of the State Committee on Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus, Candidate of Economic Sciences Denis Leonidovich Korzhitsky and the Director of the state institution "Belarusian Institute of System Analysis and Information Support for the Scientific and Technical Sphere", Candidate of Biological Sciences Pavlova addressed the seminar participants with welcoming words Natalya Fedorovna.

Dragun Valentina Vladimirovna, head of the department of innovative programs and projects of the innovation policy department of the State Committee for Science and Technology, introduced the seminar participants to the organizational and economic mechanism for implementing the State Program.

Employees of the State Institution “BelISA” spoke about the generation of reports by customers and executors of the State Program, the formation and procedure for calculating target indicators, as well as the use of an automated monitoring system of the State Program.

Features of accumulating costs for conducting an investment project in accounting and reporting (exchange differences, unexpected losses, costs of project development, letter of credit) are considered by Galina Viktorovna Starovoitova, consultant of the Belarusian Association of Accountants.

Garkavaya Veronika Grigoryevna, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of National Economics and Public Administration of the Belarusian State Economic University, gave students practical recommendations on developing business plans, pointing out the technology, mistakes made and ways to solve them.

Instruments for financing innovative projects by the Belarusian Innovation Fund are presented by Ekaterina Vasilyevna Zdankevich, head of the department of organizational work and international activities of the Belarusian Innovation Fund.

The seminar was attended by 115 representatives of the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Industry, the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, the Belneftekhim and Belgospischeprom concerns, the Brest and Minsk regional executive committees and other interested parties.
